Add a Contact to an Asset

Mobile App



First step: Find an Asset you want to edit
  1. Tap Edit Details
  2. Select Contact Details from the drop-down and tap the contact you want to add (Owner, Manager, or Tenant)
  3. Select from your current list of contacts
    OR tap the green ➕ to create a new contact
  4. Tap the ✔️on the top right to save

First step: Find an Asset you want to edit
  1. Click Edit Details
  2. Click Contact Details
  3. Use the Search Bar to select a current contact
    OR click Add New Contact to create contact
  4. Under the contact's name, select the Type (Owner, Manager, or Tenant)
  5. Click Save on the bottom right
