Create a New Opportunity

Introduction:
There can only be one current opportunity related to an asset. You can either edit or create a new opportunity (archiving the current opportunity). Creating a new opportunity when the current opportunity has been closed out (e.g. customer is interested in a new job or claim).


Mobile App

First step: Find an Asset
  1. Select the Opportunity tab
  2. Tap Create Opportunity
  3. Fill out info and tap Create to save




Desktop App

First step: Find an Asset through the Maps tab
  1. Select the Opportunity tab
  2. Click Create Opportunity
  3. Fill out info and click Create to save
