Delete an Asset

Delete an Asset

The following steps will allow you to delete some or all of your assets in the HailTrace app.  

You will need one of the following roles to delete assets:
  1. Account Owner
  2. Asset Admin
  3. Canvasssing Admin

Mobile App

Way #1: Assets Tab

1.  Select the More tab, indicated by three dots

      
      

2.  Tap Assets tab

      

3.  Select Asset(s) to be deleted (Needed if you do not want to delete ALL assets) 

      
      

4.  Tap Actions, indicated by three dots

      


5.  Select one of the following: Delete Selected Assets or Delete ALL Assets

      

6.  Type "CONFIRM" and tap Confirm
 
      


Way #2: Maps Tab

1.  Select Maps tab

      


      


3.  Tap Delete button to the left of "Edit Details"

      


4.  Tap Delete

      



Browser App

Way #1: Assets Tab

1.  Select Assets tab

      


2.  Select Asset(s) to be deleted (Needed if you do not want to delete ALL assets)



3.  Click Actions



4.  Select one of the following options: Delete Selected or Delete All



5. Type "CONFIRM" and click Confirm 



Way #2: Maps Tab

1.  Select Maps tab

      



3.  Click Delete button to the left of "Edit Details"


4.  Click Confirm
