Search for a Weather Event

There are three ways to locate and download a weather event, depending on your need: 


  1. Search by Date
    1. Ideal for users who know the exact day a weather event occurred
  2. Search by a Location
    1. Ideal for users who want to apply a set of filters and are location bound
NOTE: 
Mobile app only always 10 weather events to be downloaded at a time. Read how to clear your downloaded weather events.

Search by Date

Mobile App 

1.  Along the bottom bar, select the Maps tab



2.  On the top-left, select the Weather Event Calendar



3.  Select a Date



4.  Tap Download 



The weather event for that day will download  




*Not seeing the weather events? Make sure Toggle Map Layers are enabled.

Browser App

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select the Maps tab



2.  Along the right-hand side, select the Weather Event Calendar



3.  Select a Date



The weather event for that day will download

Search by a Location

Mobile App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab



2.  Search for an address or tap any Location in the general area that you want to download a weather event



3.  Select Maps tab 
Note: Tapping the "X" next to the address will change to a "Search by Subscription" as outlined below



4.  Next to "Events in This Area", tap Toggle Map Filters



5.  From the list, select Filters and Ranges for the weather events
  1. Turning off the "radius" filter will search for weather events that have hit just that location
  2. Each addition filter applied is an "and". For example, enabling "Hail Size Range 2"-4'" and "Wind Speed Range 70mph-130mph" will search for weather events that meet both criteria. 



6.  Tap Confirm



7.  Tap Download on the selected weather event(s)







Browser App

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Maps tab



2.  Click any Location in the general area that you want to download a weather event



3.  Next to "Events in Radius", click Toggle Map Filters



4.  From the list, select Filters and Ranges for the weather events

5.  Click Confirm



6.  Click Download on the selected weather event(s)
