Edit Current Opportunity Details


Edit a current opportunity's details when you need to update the current job or claim.There can only be one current opportunity related to an asset. You can either edit or create a new opportunity (archiving the current opportunity).

An asset's Current Opportunity Details can be edited to include a Label, Description, Price, Trades, Priority, Production Date, and Assigned User. You can customize details collected for an Opportunity.

Mobile App

First Step: Find an Asset you want to edit
  1. Way #1:
    1. Tap Edit Details
    2. Tap drop-down menu
    3.  Select Opportunity Details
    4. Edit details and tap Confirm to save



  1. Way #2:
    1. Tap Opportunity tab
    2. Select Current Opportunity
    3. Tap Edit Details
    4. Edit Details and Tap Save 



Browser App

First step: Find an Asset you want to edit

Way #1:
  1. Tap Edit Details
  2. Click Opportunity Details
  3. Edit info
  4. Click Save



Way #2:
  1. Click Opportunity tab
  2. Select Current Opportunity
  3. Click Edit Details 
  4. Edit info and click Save
