Generate a Lead List

Generating a Lead List will give you an Assets, Commercial, and/or Residential's information in a selected area. The generated report will include info such as address, email, phone number, contact name, etc. 

You can generate a Lead List through the following:
  1. From a Selected Area
  2. From a Canvassing Campaign
  3. From a Weather Event Swath (a single weather map)
  4. Impacted Asset Report from a weather event

What can you do with this data?

Lead lists can be utilized in a various ways to pull customers impacted by a storm into your opportunity pipeline. Some ways this data can be utilized in one or more ways: 
  1. Cold-calling
  2. Ad campaigns, such as Facebook or Google
  3. Mailers

Our lead lists are only available to customers with a Data plan with their subscription. 

Lead List From a Selected Area

Mobile App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab


2.  Find an area you want to Generate a Lead List


3.  Tap Lead List button along the right-hand side


4.  Tap at least three points to draw Lead List


5.  Tap Continue


6.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your impacted Assets
B.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area
C.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area



7.  Tap Request List 


8.  Read Notice and tap Confirm *Find the Lead List in Notifications


Browser App



1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Maps tab

2.  Find an area you want to Generate a Lead List


3.  Click Lead List button along the right-hand side


4.  Click at least three points to draw the Lead List *click the first point to complete the drawing


5.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your Assets
B.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area
C.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area


6.  Click Download 


7.  Read Notice and click Confirm


Report from a Canvassing Campaign

Mobile App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab


2.  In the top-corner, select the Search button
      *To search for a campaign in a specific area, select a location in that general area instead. 


3.  Select Campaign tab


4.  Select a Campaign


5.  Tap Request Lead List button


6.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your impacted Assets
B.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area
C.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area



7.  Tap Request List


Browser App

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Maps tab


2.  Select Campaign tab
      *To search for a campaign in a specific area, select a location in that general area first. 


3.  Select a Campaign


4.  Click Request Lead List button


5.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your Assets
B.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area
C.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area



6.  Click Request List


7.  Click Confirm



Lead List From a Weather Event's Swath

You can download a lead list of an Assets, Commercial, or Residential from a weather event's swath(a single weather map) of a downloaded Weather Event. 

Mobile App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select the Maps tab


2.  Download a Weather Event


3.  Select a Location inside a weather event's swath


4.  Tap the Address tab


5.  Under "Visible Impacts", tap Download Lead List Note: "Visible Impacts" also shows the # of impacted locations and the event magnitude


6.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your impacted Assets
B.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area
C.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area


7.  Tap Request List



Browser App

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Maps tap




3.  Select a Location inside that Weather Event


4.  Click Address tab


5.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download Lead List


6.  Select the Type of download you need:
A.  Asset: Download Lead List of only your Assets
B.  Commercial: Download Lead List of all businesses in the select area
C.  Residential: Download Lead List of all homes in the select area



7.  Click Download 



8.  Read Notice and click Confirm *Find the Lead List in Notifications


Impacted Assets Report 

Mobile App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab


2.  Select a location


3.  Tap Maps tab 


4.  Find a Weather Event *The Weather Event does not need to be downloaded


5.  To the left of the date, tap Impacted Assets Report


6.  Read the Notice and click Request List *Find the Lead List in Notifications


Browser App

1.  Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab


2.  Find a Weather Event *The Weather Event does not need to be downloaded


3.  To the left of the date, click Impacted Assets Report


4.  Read the Notice and click Confirm *Find the Lead List in Notifications
