How To Order All Four Weather Reports

Where To Order A Report

There are several ways you can order one a report. 

Weather History Report

  1. On our website
  2. In the browser app 
  3. In the mobile app *only available to those with a subscription

Reviewed, Certified, and Expert Reports

  1. On our website

NOTE: you must create a free account or login to your current account in order to purchase a weather report.


Steps To Order A Report

Weather History, Reviewed, and Certified Reports

1. Login or create an account to navigate to the order page




2.  Select a report: Weather History, Reviewed, or Certified Report



3.  Location Details: Input the address of the property



4.  Select Date Range: 
      Weather History Report: Choose the date range of storms to show up on the history report. You can select a single date of storms to show up on the report*
      Reviewed/Certified Report: A meteorologist will start at the most recent date you pick and work backwards until they find a date of loss

*If there is no storm at the address for the select date range, you will receive an error message when you try completing your payment.




5. Select Peril: For the Reviewed & Certified report, you can select the storm type you want on the report, such as hail, wind, or tornado.




6. Report Details: Include any option details for the report, such as claim number, name on the report, or a note to our meteorologist.




7. Additional Recipients: Add an other people you would like to receive this weather report *you do not need to input your email




8.  Review Order: Verify the report details are correct before proceeding




9. Select Payment: Add a new payment or select a saved payment method




10. Select Buy Now and close a claim!





Expert Report

You can request a consultation with our meteorologist to see if the Expert Report will fit your case. 


Next Steps

Weather History report:
You will receive the weather history report in you inbox within minutes to close a sale fast.

Reviewed Report:
You will receive the meteorologist report within 1-2 weeks  to create credibility for the date of loss.

Certified/Expert Report:
Our meteorologist will contact you in the next 24-48 hours to setup a consultation before creating the report.
