How To Order All Four Weather Reports

How To Order All Four Weather Reports

Every claim requires documentation of coverage, damage, and causation. While coverage and damage are usually easy to show, causation—proving a specific storm caused the damage—is often missed or disputed.

That’s where HailTrace Weather Reports help.

Our reports provide trusted storm data tied to the date of loss, helping teams document causation quickly and confidently. From initial storm history to expert-level analysis, we offer four levels of reports to match any situation.

Weather History Report
Use this report to find a date of loss backed by hail, wind, or tornado history at a property. Great for canvassing, qualifying a lead, or verifying that a storm impacted the home.

Meteorologist Reviewed Report
When the date of loss is in question, request this report to confirm the storm details. A Meteorologist will analyze the selected date (or date range) and verify whether a qualifying storm occurred.

Meteorologist Certified Report
If a claim is heading toward litigation, use this report to avoid going to court. It includes a detailed, signed analysis from a Forensic Meteorologist that strengthens your case and often resolves disputes before legal action is needed.

Meteorologist Expert Report
When a claim enters court, this report helps you win the argument. It provides legal-grade evidence and allows a qualified meteorologist to serve as an expert witness in depositions or trials.
