Update Notification Settings

We have three notifications that you can set:

  1. Live forecast notifications: Allows you to get notified each time our meteorologists go live on Facebook or Youtube for a daily forecasts and breaking storm coverage.
  2. Asset Impact notifications: Allows you to get notified each time your leads or customers get hit by a storm so you can get to them before your competition.
  3. Weather notifications: Allows you to never miss when a hail, wind, or tornado storm happens in the areas you are tracking.

Mobile App 

1.  Along the bottom bar, select More tab indicated by three dots



2.  Tap Settings


3.  Tap Notifications


4.  Live Forecast Notifications: We will notify you  each time our meteorologists go live on Facebook or Youtube for daily forecasts and breaking storm coverage.
Tap Mobile and/or Email


5.  Asset Impact Notifications: Allows you to get notified each time your leads or customers get hit by a storm so you can get a sale before your competition.

Tap Mobile and/or Email

Note: You need one of the following role to receive asset impact notifications: 
  1. Asset Admin
  2. Advanced Asset Alert User
  3. Advanced Asset Alert Admin



6.  Weather Notifications: Allows you to never miss when a storm happens in the areas you are tracking.
  1. Select where you want to send these notifications: Mobile or Email


  1. Select the type of storm: Hail, Tornado, and/or Wind and adjust the storm magnitude to only receive the notifications relevant to you.


  1. Add Metros, States, and/or Countries 
Notification Settings for "USA" Tagged Clients:
  1. You will be sent a daily severe weather alert when storms start. Selecting the alert will bring more details.
  2. You will receive large hail alerts (for cities with 10,000+ population and hail size of 1.75" or more) every 5-10 minutes until the storm is over.
  3. At the close of the day, you receive a summary notification of all maps that day.
  4. You will receive all 5 Star Map alerts.

Metro and State Tagged Alerts:

You will receive all weather notifications for each metro or state you select.



7.  Tap Save





Desktop App

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Personal Settings


2.  Click Notifications

  1. Asset Admin
  2. Advanced Asset Alert User
  3. Advanced Asset Alert Admin

Notification Settings for "USA" Tagged Clients:
