Update Notification Settings

We have three notifications that you can set:

  1. Weather notifications: Allows you to never miss when a storm happens in the areas you are tracking.
  2. Live forecast notifications: Allows you to know each time our meteorologists go live on Facebook or Youtube.
  3. Asset Impact notifications: Allows you to get notified each time your leads or customers get hit by a storm so you can get to them before your competition.

Mobile App 

1.  Along the bottom bar, select More tab indicated by three dots

4.  Weather NotificationsAllows you to never miss when a storm happens in the areas you are tracking.
  1. Select HailTornado, and/or Wind


  1. Add Cities, States, and Countries 
Notification Settings for "USA" Tagged Clients:
  1. You will be sent a daily severe weather alert when storms start. Selecting the alert will bring more details.
  2. You will receive large hail alerts (for cities with 10,000+ population and hail size of 1.75" or more) every 5-10 minutes until the storm is over.
  3. At the close of the day, you receive a summary notification of all maps that day.
  4. You will receive all 5 Star Map alerts.

State and City Tagged Alerts:

You will receive all weather notifications for each city or state you select.

  1. Asset Admin
  2. Impacted Asset Alert User
  3. Impacted Asset Alert Admin



7.  Click Save

1.  Along the left-hand bar, select Personal Settings
