Asset Filtering On the Maps & Assets Pages

Asset Filtering On the Maps & Assets Pages

Assets in HailTrace represent the properties owned, managed, or rented by your clients. They are linked to Contacts, who are associated with the property, and to Opportunities, which reflect the potential sales related to that Asset.

A key feature of Assets is the "Impacted Assets" tool, which alerts you when leads or past clients' properties are hit by storms. This opens up new opportunities to reconnect with clients and drive sales.

Within the HailTrace app, you can filter Assets to quickly find specific types of properties. Whether you're using the Asset page for a list view or the Map page for a visual overview, filters allow you to locate properties based on factors such as shingle type or their place in your opportunity pipeline.

Available filters include:

  • Status
  • Stage
  • Last Impact Date
  • Roof Type
  • Last Exterior Renovation Date
  • Location Address
  • Location City
  • Location State
  • Location Country
  • Location Address Line 2
  • Location Street
  • Location Zipcode
