Request an Asset's Impact Report
The only report you can download on an asset is an Instant Impact Report. To download a custom consulting "Court Ready Report", see Request a Location's Impact Report article.
To download an Asset's Impact Report, you are required to have a Contact tied to it. Learn how to Add a Contact to an Asset.
Instant Impact Report (Automated Report)
These reports automatically generate all hail and wind dates at and within proximity of the requested address as found within our map database. Although the maps are quality controlled, a meteorologist does not verify the accuracy of the data provided in these reports at the specific location. These reports are intended to generate a summary of the basic weather history of an address dating back to 2011 to assist in determining a potential DOL.
Mobile App
1. Along the bottom bar, select Maps tab3. Select Weather tab4. Click Download Impact Report *You will receive an email with the generated report
Desktop App
1. Along the left-hand bar, select Maps tab3. Select Weather tab4. Click Request Impact Report button *You will receive an email to download the impact report
