Export Assets To A CSV File

There are two ways to export your assets to a CSV file:
  1. Asset Page: Export an asset list based on applied filters
  2. Company Settings Page: Export your entire assets list from your company account

Asset Page

Exporting Assets combined with Asset Filters allows you work leads outside of the HailTrace app or track your teams activity. Here are a few ways you can utilize Exporting on the Asset page. Learn how to us Asset Filters Here

Use Cases

1. Performance Tracking and Reporting

How it works:
Team leaders can export data to evaluate team performance during specific campaigns. This includes metrics like the number of leads created, contacted, or converted.

Why it matters:
Gain actionable insights into team efficiency, identify successful strategies, and improve campaign results moving forward.


2. CRM Integration

How it works:
Users can export filtered client lists and seamlessly upload them into their CRM system. This makes it easy to track follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.

Why it matters:
Centralized customer data helps you stay organized, ensures consistent follow-ups, and strengthens long-term engagement with your clients.


3. Client Outreach via Email or Calls

How it works:
Users can export a client list affected by specific hail sizes to execute targeted email or call campaigns. The list can be uploaded into an email marketing service or used with BCC in an email client for a more personal touch.

Why it matters:
Tailored, professional communication increases client engagement and conversion rates, helping you build trust and close more deals.



Mobile App Steps

1.  Tap the More tab



2. Select the Asset Page



3.  Apply Asset Filters



4.  Select any Columns that will show up on the CSV



5. (If exporting selected assets) If you don't want to export the entire asset list, select individual assets that you want to export



6.  Tap Export button



7.  Select a timezone for the data to show in



8.  (If exporting selected assets ONLY) Select Export Selected Assets OR Export Filtered Assets



9.  Select Export Assets To CSV



You receive an asset list via email and in the notifications page 

Browser App Steps

1.  Select the Asset Page


2.  Apply Asset Filters


3.  Select and organize any Columns that will show up on the CSV



4. (If exporting selected assets) If you don't want to export the entire asset list, select individual assets that you want to export



5.  Click Export button



6.  Select a timezone for the data to show in



7.  (If exporting selected assets ONLY) Select Export Selected Assets



8.  Select Export Assets To CSV



You receive an asset list via email and in the notifications page


Company Settings Page

You can export your entire asset list to a CSV file from your company settings page.



  1. Click Company Settings along the left-hand bar
  2. Select Export Data
  3. Select the your Time Zone
  4. Click Download *You will receive an email with the report
