Adding Sub-User Checklist

Welcome to the guide for setting up new sub-users who will be using the HailTrace app:

  1. Add Sub-User: Begin by entering the user's information and assigning roles. If you need a refresher on roles, read Understanding Roles.
  2. Sub-User Account Setup: After adding the user, they will receive a verification email containing a temporary password to activate their account.
  3. Password Update: It's essential for sub-users to update their temporary password to something more secure.
  4. Webinar Registration: To enhance their understanding of our app, we recommend signing up new users for our foundation webinars:
    1. Mobile App Foundation Webinars on Mondays at 1:00 PM CST.
    2. Browser App Foundation Webinars on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM CST.
