Adding Sub-User Checklist

Welcome to the guide for setting up new sub-users who will be using the HailTrace app:

1. Add Sub-User: Begin by entering the user's information and assigning roles. If you need a refresher on roles, read Understanding Roles.


2. Sub-User Account Setup: After adding the user, they will receive an email, inviting them activate their account.


3. Password Creation: Once the user selects the invite link, they will setup their new password and complete onboarding

4. Webinar Registration: To enhance their understanding of our app, we recommend signing up new users for our foundation webinars:
Mobile App Foundation Webinars on Mondays at 1:00 PM CST.
Browser App Foundation Webinars on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM CST.
