Impacted Asset Report: Turn Every Client Into a Customer For Life

While generating new leads through canvassing, mailers, and other methods is important, the quickest and easiest opportunities often come from your existing leads and clients who have been impacted by a new storm.

The Impacted Assets feature provides real-time alerts and detailed information about storms that have affected your existing contacts.
This empowers contractors to act quickly, reaching out to these leads and past clients to convert opportunities into sales, strengthen client relationships, and boost their bottom line. This proactive strategy not only increases customer satisfaction but also drives meaningful business growth.

There are two simple ways to identify and download a list of impacted assets:


  1. Impacted Assets by Filters: Use this method to find assets affected by specific hail, wind, or tornado events over a selected date range. You can combine these filters with other Asset Filters for more refined results.

  2. Impacted Assets by a Weather Event: Choose this option to identify assets impacted by all storms on a specific date.

Mobile App

1.  Tap the More tab



2. Select the Asset Page



3.  Apply one or more impacted Asset Filters



4.  Select any Columns that will show up on the CSV



5. (If exporting selected assets) If you don't want to export the entire asset list, select individual assets that you want to export



6.  Tap Export button



7.  Select a timezone for the data to show in



8.  (If exporting selected assets ONLY) Select Export Selected Assets OR Export Filtered Assets



9.  Select Export Assets To CSV



You receive an asset list via email and in the notifications page 

Browser App Steps

3.  Select and organize any Columns that will show up on the CSV



4. (If exporting selected assets) If you don't want to export the entire asset list, select individual assets that you want to export



5.  Click Export button



6.  Select a timezone for the data to show in



7.  (If exporting selected assets ONLY) Select Export Selected Assets



8.  Select Export Assets To CSV

3.  Tap Maps tab 


4.  Find a Weather Event *The Weather Event does not need to be downloaded


5.  To the right of the date, tap Impacted Assets Report


6.  Read the Notice and click Request List *Find the Lead List in Notifications

1.  Along the side bar, select Maps tab


2.  Find a Weather Event *The Weather Event does not need to be downloaded


3.  To the right of the date, click Impacted Assets Report


4.  Read the Notice and click Confirm *Find the Lead List in Notifications
