While generating new leads through canvassing, mailers, and other methods is important, the quickest and easiest opportunities often come from your existing leads and clients who have been impacted by a new storm.
Impacted Assets by Filters: Use this method to find assets affected by specific hail, wind, or tornado events over a selected date range. You can combine these filters with other Asset Filters for more refined results.
Impacted Assets by a Weather Event: Choose this option to identify assets impacted by all storms on a specific date.
1. Tap the More tab2. Select the Asset Page3. Apply one or more impacted Asset Filters4. Select any Columns that will show up on the CSV5. (If exporting selected assets) If you don't want to export the entire asset list, select individual assets that you want to export6. Tap Export button7. Select a timezone for the data to show in8. (If exporting selected assets ONLY) Select Export Selected Assets OR Export Filtered Assets9. Select Export Assets To CSV

2. Select a location
3. Tap Maps tab
5. To the right of the date, tap Impacted Assets Report
1. Along the side bar, select Maps tab
2. Find a Weather Event *The Weather Event does not need to be downloaded
3. To the right of the date, click Impacted Assets Report
4. Read the Notice and click Confirm *Find the Lead List in Notifications
