While generating new leads through canvassing, mailers, and other methods is important, the quickest and easiest opportunities often come from your existing leads and clients who have been impacted by a new storm.
Impacted Assets by Filters: Use this method to find assets affected by specific hail, wind, or tornado events over a selected date range. You can combine these filters with other Asset Filters for more refined results.
Impacted Assets by a Weather Event: Choose this option to identify assets impacted by all storms on a specific date.
1. Tap "Assets" page

2. Tap "Asset Filters"

3. Utilize any number of storm impact filters.
For example, select "Last Meteorologist Impact Date" to find clients impacted by hail over a selected timeframe

4. Select a date range

5. Set a date range, such as this week, this month, or a custom date range

6. Tap "Select Date Range"

7. Tap "Apply Filter"

8. Tap "X" to close Asset Filters

9. From here, start reaching out to owners impacted by a storm. Additionally, you can export your filtered assets to utilize outside of HailTrace, such as sending blast email.
NOTE: You must have an "Asset Admin" role to export Assets

10. Tap "export Assets to CSV" and download the list from your email

2. Tap Impacted Asset button next to any weather event

3. Tap "Request" and download the impacted asset list from your email

2. Click "Weather Events" panel

3. Click "Impacted Asset" button

4. Click 'Request List' and download the impacted asset list from your email
